These terms apply to every order placed on ibuycambodia.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Payment Info and Return Policy.

All products we sell are genuine, sourced from the brand or its authorised distributor. Prices are shown in US dollars. We accept Khmer riel in store at the daily rate.
We work hard to keep prices, photos, specifications and stock levels accurate. If an obvious error appears - a wrong price, a wrong specification, or an item shown in stock that is not - we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it for a full refund.
Promotional prices apply only while the promotion runs and only while stock lasts. A price shown in one of our physical stores may differ from the website because of store-specific promotions.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by message, phone or email. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your details, or if we suspect fraud. You will receive an order number - please keep it, as you need it for delivery, pickup, returns and warranty.
We accept cash, ABA, ACLEDA, Wing and Vattanac transfers, and credit or debit cards where available. Orders paid by bank transfer are prepared once we have confirmed the payment. Full details are on our Shipping & Payment Info page.
Delivery is free anywhere in Cambodia on orders of $15 and above. Orders under $15 carry a $1 delivery charge. In Phnom Penh we deliver with our own team; to the provinces we send through Vireak Buntham, Capitol Express or J&T Express. You may also collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, and every product carries the manufacturer's warranty. The full rules are on our Return Policy page.
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.
Please do not use this website to break the law, to interfere with the site or its security, or to copy our product photos, descriptions or content for another shop without our written permission.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Cambodian consumer law. Beyond those rights, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
